Which is not from SteamPowered， and there is no official email， no notification， and requesting me to do credit card trial purchase， I think it is a scam，why will steampowered need to use a unofficial chat channel to talk to client

Valve and Steam Support never use any form of chat to contact users.

I think it is a new form of social engineering hacking ....
very convincing . and yet lots of loophole. I want to make a hooool hal out of this.
cos Steam will never use a level 1 chat newbie and tons of photoshop images to enage players. coaxing them to pay using credit card money to buy trial games.

If U would just ignore that "cx helpdesk" nothung would happend, half of blame îs yours, U are the one who open the door to the thieve and what can he do when îs inside the house ( your account) than trick U and then steal
