how can i sell my item in steam market for more then 1800 $

I ve seen people trying to buy item on steammarket for 2100 +$ ( ibuypower HOLO ) I want to sell my ibuypower holo for more then 1800 $ on steam.
By the way, as i read on "most asked questions" there are limit for steam money you can hold 2000$, so how can someone try to buy item on steam market for 2100$+ ?? Tell me please

same for prople who buy, they type price that they offer to pay, and market makes a price order

if csgo inventory doesnt load via steam problems( inventory has around 600+ items) you can proof the fact that ibp is there from csgobackpack website
