Report a translation problem
Refund only works with funds you've added with the said credit card, and only if it's unspent and added within 14 days.
You can only refund to methods you've made the purchase with. Meaning, purchases made with Steam Wallet can only be refunded to Steam Wallet.
And again, for the third and last time, you wouldn't be able to apply refunding to Market bought items anyway.
