i only wanna buy one battlepass and give it to my fren but steam keep asking to verify payment method

so accidently instead of one i bought 3 battlepass out of nowhere, how do i get refund and gift this battlepass to my fren ??

i called the bank and they said didnt see any pending transaction and when i click it keeps charged me

idk u read or not about this verification but steam said there will not charges for this verification

They are 2 temporary holds placed on your account. Together, they should not be more than $3 in total. They will drop off your account in 5-10 days depending on your bank.
