Can't buy csgo case anymore

Hello, since today i can't buy csgo case because of Country restriction, I live in France . Did something change about France laws that unable me to buy case ?

U can buy cheap skins, the ones that are -20 cents, keep them a while ..at your another account ..list them for sale, later
go for collections with low rate drop, specific maps / collections

Going to resort to playing beggar. That is the only other way to get them. I guess you're going to have to make sure you get your free drops every week.

Some were not able to purchase anything, still.

Others found a way but had their account locked for violating the ToS.

1. It is a violation of the SSA to change your country to obtain items specific to another country.

2. You not only need to physically be in France but also have an address tied to a payment method with a billing address on it from France to make the change successfully.

They detect the ip, and if my ip is in france i can't change my country, using vpn can potentially ban me

Your store country must be set to the country where you currently reside and you must have a local payment method you can use to make purchases.
