This is bulls**t. If you need somekind of verification date then don't add funds to wallet until you have done your verifications. But restricting using market even with current funds are just STUPID! Please remove this payment option if you can't really implement it properly.

You could also warn ppl for not doing this since I could have used my credit card. This time I added funds so I could buy from market.

Complain to Paypal. They are the ones that do not support account verification.

No. But it is solely Steam problem it locks down whole steam market during that. Steam just could add funds from paypal only to hold. But no...
