hey all just a little announcement i thought i would share. I recieved an email from global agenda today informing me that they will soon be switching to the free to play model.

For all of you who like me bought the game your agent will automatically be updated froma "Free" agent profile to an "Elite Agent".

Don't worry Orgcon, while GA is probably my new favorite game, it is not what is keeping the community alive. That is what Steam is dong. We can all play our respective games, and if we have a few in common then thats all the better. :)

I do recomend trying the demo though, its free and it wouldnt hurt to try it. :)

P.S. If anyone decides to buy it, i can hook you up with a 50% discount thru the GAStore. Thats how i got it. :)

I would buy GA, but 1. I thought it looked crap the day of release, and 2. I now know the game has been hacked and I definatly don't want to play it. But thats just me... I wanna keep the community alive but this game isn't the way!

P.S. i have taken the forums and website down. they were no longer really being used or of use. plus i think steam is the best way to keep in touch now that SGR is gone.

Hi all theres a new agency in global agenda started by Nova today called H4X looking for new and experienced players with teamspeak and team play head to agency centre to apply

I haven't played it yet, I was talking about it on the SGW forums with Kurt Russell, and the forums went down so I can't found out what server he plays on. And he goes by a different name on steam.

Maybe they'll release a book if they can't get airtime from anyone, before MGM tell them to throw in the towel. They said the Prodution set was going to stay up for as long as it takes. But I doubt MGM are thinking that way...

yea sgu was starting to get really good and they had already said that it would have taken 5 seasons to tell the complete story on gateworld.

I really like Global Agenda it will be my SGR replacement for sure. I did put more ram in puter to run it better but it was worth it. I encourage all former SGU clan SGR players to apply for Pjumerz agency in game. lots of former SGR players have found a home there. Pjumperz stands for Puddle Jumpers. Peace.
P.S. Is anyone else still pissed about SGU cancellation??? Frakin SyFy

still downloading the demo... 11.6 gigs with slow internet is not fun. lol Its almost done tho, will probably play it tomorrow.

Global agenda works for me no problems. Its pretty good, my name in there is Lujan. ThorsHammer was taken.. booo.

2 1/2 hrs later, i'm finally playing. it's amazing! would recommend to anyone!

for me global agenda will replace sgr but still play until end and will miss very much :)

One game you might want to try is Lost Planet 2. reminds me of SGR

It is gonna be hard to replace SGR. I have been searching for a similar game. Very Hard. Section 8 is closest so far.
