There was recently a Phisher in our Steam Friends group... guys please do not fall for this.
Steam would NOT contact you through STEAM friends this way, and would NOT direct you to a website so that your account doesn't get deleted.
The following is the Phisher's message (*this is all fake!*)

To restore your account please visit http://steam.reset.at If actions aren't taken to fix the corruption, your account will soon be deleted.
