The hud is gorgeous, thanks for answering my questions ~
Raise "ypos" under "HudChat" while using hud_reloadscheme ingame until it's in the bottom left corner. If you need further help let me know; I can find a proper number in an hour.
Is there something I'm missing? Have the latest version of the hud, reinstalled today in case I was missing any changes you made. I'm in clientscheme.res. (Probs something pretty simple but I have no idea :>)
I just tried messing with the damage text to see if it'd change and it did, so I'm not too sure what your issue could be. The only thing I can postulate is that you were doing it while you were still in game; changes to your clientscheme require a TF2 restart to work. If you haven't done that by chance, I would try restarting :D
If not, then that would be my suggestion.
Other than that, i just love your hud. I used to use omphud which i still like but a few little things were missing and i've been waiting for an update that never came so i figured i'd change. After trying out all the huds in the world i'm glad i found yours!
Keep up the good work! :)
how do i fix this? Thx :>
The path linked is where you need to navigate to. In this case, your steam folder is in your program files (wherever you installed steam). Then you go into steamapps -> common -> team fortress 2 -> tf -> custom. You may need to make the "custom" folder if you don't see it there.
Then, you just move the "budhud" folder mentioned above into that custom folder and you should be set.
If you were to open that budhud folder, it should contain these folders: materials, resource, scripts
If you're still having issues let me know.
Thank you, sir. It works now.
I was just too fixed on the "Customization" in the same folder, and it was confusing.
