My creature has changed on world 7 :(

hey I'm wondering if anybody can help me out. So I've been playing through black and white 2 recently and have been absolutely loving it. I chose the monkey creature and I've been gradually making him a super evil chad. He was smacking around that tiger on world 6. So its broke my heart when I've moved onto world seven and he's been completely replaced by a neutral basic ♥♥♥♥♥ lion. No idea what's made it happen but restarting the game and restarting that world hasn't changed anything (I saved the game at the end of world 6). I know the obvious solution would be to just continue with the lion but I grew attached to that monkey, he was like family to me. Please help me return to monke

I wish I could help you but perhaps you should restart from world 5 instead? Take an extra step back maybe? It sounds like a crazy bug/glitch, one that I have never encountered but it sounds really annoying. There might be a cheat that allows you to change the creature as well, search on google for it. I hope that you find a fix.

Edit: I looked on google but couldn't find anything. Information on this game is as dry as Sahara.
