Consider this plea, When you start a server select Best Available Server rather than Official Server. This allows others to see their server side mods (skins, sounds, etc). I don't like how Valve changed this but this is how it works now.

That's a great pic, Templar! It nicely depicts Bill doing what he's usually doing and is good at doing, which is smoking a cig and handling a lit molotov because, as the kids say these days, he is "gangsta like that." :)
