Yes it seems like the server provider is keeping it online but we've stopped paying for it and no longer manage it.

So far, Onslaught is for consoles only. The problem is that it will still need a dedicated server so a server that normally has 32 slots will have to be trimmed down to 4 slots to play it, thus wasting the money server owners paid for the other 28 slots.

You're not missing much.

Maybe PunkBuster autokicked you during a lag spike. It needs to keep receiving data from your client to make sure there are no cheats/hacks, if it stops it'll kick you. But in general you won't get kicked for bad ping.

Weird. I got kicked last night from the server. No reason, I thought it was because my ping was terrible(200 in server browser, 300 ingame. Blame PLDT)
