Found a replacement?

Has anybody found a close replacement of BFP4F? Interested to know if anyone did and what it is. I'm more with BF2.

Has anyone found a game where there is a weapon which behaves like BFP4F's G3A4?

I got the mod and I like it. Hopefully it can have multiplayer soon. It won't be a replica but hell, better to have a tribute rather than nothing! :) I believe there are people from the BF2 Revive community who are involved as well with this project?

BF2 is trying to make a comeback, while I am sure some people are working hard to make BFP4F come alive again. If these two communities help each other, it will be great for both games! :)

Yeah, there are quite a few good things happening with BF4 lately. The free DLC's which I do like: Zavod Night map and Operation Outbreak (this community inspired map is sweet and is a combination of BC2's Laguna Presa, BFP4F's Myanmar and other bits thrown in from previous BFs and some new stuff too - been playing this map alone since release)...and I haven't even got time to explore the premium maps yet.

Dragon Valley 2015 as another free DLC is definitely a very welcomed thing for sure.

And I've stopped looking for a BFP4F replacement - there aren't any but Revive BF2 (and other BFs to a lesser extent) has managed to fill that void for me.

Updates! The guys behind the P4F Mod are still working hard on it! Their focus is on Singleplayer, that's true; but if all of us gather enough consensus or resources, Multiplayer will probably be added to the TODO LIST of this Mod! ;) It is very possible to do it; the Contributors just need Servers for testing purposes. You can find their names in this page {LINK REMOVED}(www.battlefieldsingleplayer.com/index.php?p=modpage&md=170) and you can talk to them in the Forum of that website! (There's a "BFPlay4Free Conversion" subforum in the "BF2/BF2142/BFPlay4Free Discussion" main section of the Forum).

I am a coder (ex amiga demo/game maker)...
about this project... no a single line of code has been written, no maps has been converted... if in this cases nobody loses the enthusiasm (how many coders are?) and code 8 hour for day (for free?) maybe in 4 years we have a demo. i found a "replacement" search on goodle for BF2 Revive you should find a revived bf2 there with P4F mod etc
it is the closest you are ever going to get
