Chrome blocks "settings"?

I just noticed today that Chrome is not letting me go to https://www.backlog-assassins.net/settings/general

It gives me this general warning (translated):

Dangerous website
This website is at risk of attackers trying to trick you into installing software or revealing information such as passwords, your phone number, or credit card numbers. Chrome strongly recommends clicking the "Back to safe site" button.

Does anyone know about this issue?
