[bug] comment permalinks don't work ... sometimes

The original problem (theme posts vs regular posts) is fixed, but there's still something really strange going on ...

• clicking a comment permalink on the replies page sometimes redirects to the right page, but the wrong anchor
  
• first redirect seems to work
  
• any later redirects to the same page seem to use the anchor from the first redirect

Redirect and location header from the server response seem fine, but client side doesn't care. So ... seems to be a turbolinks issue. Not sure if misuse or bug.

The combination of a turbolinks request, a 302 with a fragment part and a final 304 response seems to confuse turbolinks into using the fragment part from an older request. This is seriously messed up, I just disabled turbolinks for those permalinks and all is well now.
