Will two bots farm at the same time or only one game at a time?
Lets say that I run one instance of ASF but with two active bots so those two bots farm individuality at the same time? Or does one instance of ASF only farm one game at a time?

ASF supports unlimited number of bots, you can run one instance with 100 bots and all of them will farm concurrently. In fact, running more than one instance of ASF doesn't make any sense unless you have multiple IP addresses or network interfaces and you want to use two or more IPs for two or more ASFs. This is very rarily the case.
