This account is limited, farming process is permanently unavailable until the restriction is removed
I don't get this message

I added $5 to my steam account
still it shows that, although it's true
I'm not able to trade cards which I already have farmed

so how do I remove this?
what needs to be done?

How is this related to ASF support? ASF states quite clearly what the problem is, moving to general.
