Error: This could be caused by thread pool starvation.
2022-07-04 21:32:13|ArchiSteamFarm-4260|WARN|Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel|As of "07/05/2022 00:32:12 +00:00", the heartbeat has been running for "00:00:01.4372134" which is longer than "00:00:01". This could be caused by thread pool starvation.

Is it a serious error?
How do I fix?

Unless you're having other issues, it can be safely ignored. Your machine could be overloaded at that time which caused ASF to work slower, or ASF itself could work slower due to amount of background jobs going on, e.g. due to excessive bots amount.

Not much we can do. If it happens a lot, we might need more information (a full log and possibly the specs of the machine ASF is running on).
