IPC connection logs
I have my IPC accessible worldwide, and I don't have any way of viewing what IPs are connecting to it (in case I wanna whitelist or ban some IPs). What could be a good way to log IPC connections and whitelist them?

Using reverse-proxy mechanism such as nginx.

Alternatively, it's possible to enable more verbose logging level like debug or trace for IPC, whether exclusively or not, but I recommend a reverse proxy.

Is it possible to configure nginx without a domain name?

Of course, but for that question you should consult nginx documentation, not ASF support.
