IPC on LAN and INTERNET

Hi, is there a way I can setup IPC so it can be accessed on LAN and outside the network?

This is my config for ASF.

Yes, you can, and actually in more than one way. Wiki on this topic is already updated to pre-release version, so in case you use stable version you need to read one of the previous revisions, like this[github.com]. If you are on pre-release already, just refer to IPC[github.com] page on wiki.
Apart from the configuration of ASF IPC, described in our wiki, if you use some kind of router for internet connection, you may need also to setup port forwarding on this router. This task is out of asf support scope, please refer to router manual for reference.
Also, you may want to use some domain name, and if your IP is not static, it may be a good idea to use some DynDNS service. Those tasks are also out of support scope here, I'm sure you will find guides about it somewhere in the internet, and may the google help you. Adding a domain name is completely optional though, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I am using the lattest stable release and I already own a DNS and setup the router.

Then you just need to set "IPCPrefixes" appropriately, or setup reverse proxy. Both ways are described in the wiki[http//hhttps].
