buster and dotnet ssl problems

If you upgrade to debian buster / raspbian buster asf won't work anymore because of some ssl errors. This is not an ASF bug but a problem with dotnet and debian's ssl config in buster. Since raspbian buster was released a few days ago and debian buster will be released in the next weeks there might be other users running into it so I wanted to post this here in the hope to help others saving some time. More info about the problem can be found on https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/33179. As a workaround you can comment ssl_conf = ssl_sect out in /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf.

I'm not sure I can find a way to say this without sounding like a jerk, but it's not intended.

Known issue. It was our own Archi who reported it.

Like I said I just wanted to post it here in case anyone else is having that problem and maybe looking here for a solution. I thought there's no harm to also post it here. I'm sorry if I my report made it sound like it's ASF fault. It's of course not.
