Report a translation problem
For this to work you must set your SteamOwnerID correctly, on the ASF-ConfigGenerator's main tab "ASF" and on the alternate steam acc's tab.

There is no magical way of trying IDs until you succeed - if bot is not responding to a command, then it means you're not his master, period.
From which account to which account you're sending that command - no clue, I don't know what you're doing wrong, and you're not helping me understand.
You run bot X in ASF. That bot X has SteamMasterID defined as Y, that means that he's listening to commands sent from Y to X, and he's responding to those commands. Nothing more, nothing less. If that doesn't happen, then you screwed up something.
Please read the wiki, because everything is well explained there, to avoid having to go through all the wiki use Ctrl+F and search for specific things ;)
