Steam has a report/ban function, though. I can provide 1 video, soon a second of one of his hacks. I'll need to play him again to get some footage of the others.

I played with him/her only once and saw no cheating, though. Killed him/her a couple of times, and he/she left.
And I am actually curious about how is it even possible to ban him/her. Tomb raider has no such functionality.
