Play or Pay Rule Broken

User bron has broken rule n.5
'Group members are required to play all games they won from monthly mandatory giveaways in Akatsuki within 4 months after their winning. etc etc'

He will have to create 6 (2 for february, 2 for march and 2 for april) additional mandatory giveaways and these penalty giveaways must be created for games in the current Top20 group's wishlist.
The penalty giveaways will have to respect all standard rules for mandatory monthly gifts, “Play or Pay” rule included for the future winners.

Only active users in cycle 27 can enter in the penalty giveaways for february and march, and only active user in cycle 28 can enter in the penality giveaways for april.
