Spotify colors

For anyone who likes the looks of Spotify app, I thought it would be nice to share these color settings which will make your Air Skin look like it.

First of all, you should be using dark theme.

In a new document, copy paste this:

resource/colors/sky.styles {
colors {
Focus="40 40 40 255"
//Spotify sidebar grey

Focus2="46 189 89 255"
//Spotify green

Focus3="20 20 20 255"
//Spotify main grey

Focus4="20 20 20 150"
//Same as Focus3 but transparent

A2TextFocus="Focus2"
//Spotify green

A2TextFocusHover="30 215 96 255"
//Spotify hover green
}
}

Save this as "spotify.styles" in to "\Air-for-Steam-2015-1012\Resource\colors\user".

Then add following line to "config.ini", the very same line you edited when you enabled dark theme.

include "resource/colors/user/spotify.styles"

Also add "//" to the beginning of every other line in "Colors" section.

Last thing you have to do is edit "_dark.styles" located in "\Air-for-Steam-2015-1012\Resource\themes" and replace some of the colors defined in it. List goes:

A2Background "40 40 40 255"
A2Ribbon "24 24 24 255"
A2Divider "40 40 40 255"
A2Snackbar "24 24 24 255"
A2Notification "A2Snackbar"
A2Menu "40 40 40 255"
A2MenuDivider "24 24 24 255"
A2Scroll "24 24 24 255"
A2ScrollHover "33 33 33 255"

And now you have your Steam looking like Spotify.

The Last thing I have to change the colors.

In A2Background I have a "Air40", Do I change it with "40 40 40 255"?

Yes, exactly!

Though on a sidenote I just realized "Air40" refers to color defined in _vars.styles file, which is, funny enough, exactly the same as "40 40 40 255". Someone who knows better might have to confirm this though. So either way it should be ok.

Every line that has "24 24 24 255" though, should be changed, bcuz "Air24" doesn't exist in the file (though it could be added). "Air25" then again does exist, it's pretty close, but not the exact correct color which Spotify uses. :P

Just open it in any text editor like notepad.

I gave this a shot as I like to tinker, and this is actually very pleasant and kinda close to the aesthetic anyway.

I actually played around more with it and ended up with a bit different settings than what I posted here, though these should still apply just as well.

Nah, it's a completely different looking one and not in Spotify colors anymore, this should work as it is. But thanks anyways :)
