Unable to join XGC execute servers

[IP ADRESS 168.96.23.89]

LIke the title says, can join any community server except XGC ones, they worked fine until a few weeks ago now if i ever try to join one cs go stops responding and i have to close it in task manager. any help would b appreciated

We've had mulitple users encounter this issue, it's to do with the client cvar "cl_forcepreload 0/1"
