Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair
I believe that the second installation of the Danganronpa series should be classified as "not recommended." Note: I do have things to say about the other games in the series, but I didn't want to include all three games in one post, considering the rules. I can make separate threads on those games as well, if it would be better to include the other installments. The only reason I'm submitting the 2nd installment first is because the "woke" messaging is more blatant than in the first game.

That out of the way, there are multiple implied or outright LGBT+ characters in this game.

Ibuki Mioda has many instances where she either references woman-on-woman attraction or shows it herself. Here are just a couple: https://imgur.com/DNLqgYy and https://imgur.com/tvYre61 (this is preceded by her talking about whether she has had "lovey-dovey" encounters with the girls mentioned) - there are more, such as her being attracted to girls in bikinis, although a lot of content showing this isn't dialogue inside of the game.

Teruteru Hanamura, a character that is shown to be perverted, shows attraction to other men. Here: https://imgur.com/1T9DsMf and https://imgur.com/EPkCQMo (his tastes being "open" is in reference to his sexual preferences, and this line is followed up by a sexual innuendo). Again, there are other examples, these are just a couple.

Mikan Tsumiki is shown as obsessed and in love with another girl, Junko Enoshima. She references "her beloved" at the end of her trial and talks about how she killed for her: https://imgur.com/NAFwTtP and https://imgur.com/COThQkd - she refers to her beloved with neutral pronouns, but this is just to keep people from being able to predict Junko's involvement in the game.

Nekomaru Nidai shows attraction to the male lead character, calling their outings "dates" and talking about having feelings for him: https://imgur.com/jowhAyT

I also feel I should mention Nagito Komaeda's implied romantic feelings for the male lead. In his last hangout event, he expresses how he has "fallen in love with the hope sleeping inside you," using a word for love (in Japanese) that is reserved for intimate relationships. Many also call the official localization incorrect, as in the original, Nagito starts expressing his love for the male lead before hesitating and instead saying he is in love with his "hope". It is less blatant and is somewhat lost in translation, but as this is probably the most well known example of an LGBT+ character in the game, I felt I should talk about it as well.

Of course, I tried to stick to examples that are actually in the game as opposed to being in other material (i.e. side games, the anime, etc). Also I know this is kind of unnecessarily in depth lol I just happen to know a lot about this series. Again, I can write about the themes present in the other games in the Danganronpa series if it would be good to include them as well.
