Freddie Fish

I used to play Freddie Fish when I was a small child regularly. For the longest time I assumed Freddie was a boy. However later I discovered she was infact a woman. With such an androgynous name and voice it actually confused me as a child and made me question what exactly who was and was not a girl. As someone who really is against woke, I feel like I was lured into believing a woman was infact a male.

Hmm. I'm not sure what to make of this.

She identifies herself as female in the 2nd game and is clearly referred to as a girl multiple times in other games.

As far as I can tell, any ambiguity about her biological sex seems to be in the eye of the beholder rather than an intentional design choice by the developers.
