Though, given Monster Hunter Rise's use of "body type", I wouldn't be surprised if things are even worse in this one.
I agree with you about the boiling frog. This has happened to so many franchises. Once one game becomes Woke, each new iteration in the franchise just tends to get worse.
I can't think of any franchises off the top of my head that have ever back-pedaled on putting Woke themes into their games.
So do I. It sucks that what the players want is in line with leftists ideology. Now it serves as justification for them to push more and more. This is probably be the weakness of Japan, their games are hardcore liberal.
Thoughts?

No distinction between male and female during character creation, uses unlabeled presets instead.
As already mentioned, this game gets rid of male and female-specific armors.
Features an artificially diverse cast. The main supporting characters are all female. Alma looks and acts like a leftist straight out of a Western university humanities program. Olivia looks and acts like a girlboss.
Nearly all npcs are POC, including Alma, Rosso, Alessa, Griffin, Guard Cobb, and Guard Nina who are all from the West.
“Protecting ecosystems/ecology” against Wyverian influence (the guardians) is a primary theme of this game.
Spoilers Below:
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=1870 – Y’sai gives Alma and the player character Seikret from his village because he’s “never met more deserving and capable riders” (pro-DEI)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=2003 – Nata mentions having developed a liking for cheese while “in your country” (pro-immigration)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=2655 – Alma remarks on the biodiversity of the forest with the line: “Incredible…So much diversity!” According to the game’s website, she’s a “cultural anthropologist” and “avid archeologist.” Her fascination with the forest’s biodiversity seems strange unless she’s based on a tree-hugging leftist like her appearance suggests.
Not to mention, it’s subliminal messaging that “diversity is always good” and “more diversity is better than less.” (pro-DEI and pro-climate action)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=7084 – The player character praises Nata for being the only person “resilient enough to make the trek West” (pro-immigration)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=7114 – Gemma talks about a girl who “feels like she has to solve all the problems alone.” Gemma says she “used to be a lot like her” and tells the player character about how she left home on her own. (pro-DEI)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=7800 – The everforge gets repaired and produces “among the best we’ve made” thanks predominantly to Gemma and a young girl named Maki.
After being congratulated by multiple people, Maki sidles up to Gemma and they have an affectionate interaction. (pro-DEI and pro-LGBTQ+)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=11419 – The slaying of Arkveld is framed as “for the continued preservation of this ecosystem” (pro-climate action)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=13011 – Despite it being established earlier in the story that guardians lack functional reproductive organs and have no need to reproduce, the player character’s group discovers a hatched egg which they attribute to Arkveld. Alma comments, “The will to live always finds a way. From one generation to the next.”
This implies Arkveld produced an egg which hatched due to parthenogenesis.
This scene suggests that despite a biological condition that renders an organism functionally infertile, that organism can still reproduce by itself through sheer will. (pro-LGBTQ+)
https://youtu.be/LYpsASMxmoc?t=13256 – Again, biodiversity is portrayed as something worth striving to achieve/protect, with it being called “the natural state of things here.” (pro-climate action)
As a result, this game will be added as not recommended.

feels like devs are being allowed by the Blackrock troupe and third-wave feminists to have fanservice back after Stella Blade showed nothings gonna happen by doing it anyway, but continue to virtue signal on the sly in other areas.
She looks like she should be in Spiderman 2 or something. fr.

Election has consequences.
I bought MH:W despite some red flags and after 10-ishh hours in game I can say the game is pretty DEI filled.
It features woke characters:
Erik, an androgynous man with a female voice, lipstick and very feminine appearance overall. Seems to represent the Trans.
Olivia, an Ugly female lead with masculine facial features, wearing full plate body Armour and being a front-line combatant. Pretty much the lesbo-type masculine female strong lead.
NPC are mainly females and black. I don't talk about the NPC's in the indigenous villages but the NPC's in the expedition bases. Black women everywhere wearing chain-mail or plate Armour.
White dudes are here and there and relegated to secondary roles.
Center of the story is a whining insufferable brat and there is forced diversity everywhere in the game. I don't wanna even play it anymore, except if there are mods to replace those DEI characters but I doubt it.
Strangely, the usual youtubers calling out wokeness in games are silent about MH:W.
Also, western gamers always give too much great credit to japanese devs. It's subconscious, probably since Hiroshima.
They're also friends with each other and don't want to step on any toes, especially if more than 2 glaze the game.
The absolute best outcome is to not glaze it at all and just ghost the game and ghost comments who asks. But even then some of them can't not do that lol. Having said that, I'm not even mad, Wilds was going to sell whatever, just like GTA6, they can go full Veilguard with that game and it will be too big to fail.
