Installer not running after download
When I open the WindowedBorderlessGaming application in the download folder it promps me to allow the app to make changes but then does not run anything afterwards, what am I doing wrong?

I am using the recommended link from here https://westechsolutions.net/sites/WindowedBorderlessGaming/download

After opening the file it should just run in your system tray, it's the icon with the monitor
