Run at startup not working
The run at startup system tray option does not change state when I click on it. The application does show up in my startup apps in task manager, but it doesn't run at startup. Since the system tray option doesn't change, I also can't remove it from my startup apps if I wanted to delete the app.

Wasn't able to fix this despite a lot of searching and experimenting. On an unrelated note, I wiped my ssd and reinstalled windows, this time Windows 11 Pro and now it works. Run at startup system tray option reacts properly and the app actually does start.

I also have issues with Run at startup option. It does run at the background, but it does not show up in tray. I have to kill the process and then run in manually to see the icon in tray and get access to the options. I'm in Win11 Pro.

Hey guys can you open up task scheduler and check the task called WindowedBorderlessGaming-UserName
Perhaps win11 has some options not available in win10
@Arke you can remove the scheduled task to remove the run at startup manually

Hey so that pointed me in the right direction - the task in the scheduler that gets automatically created instead of getting the correct location, like:
D:\Programs\Windowed Borderless Gaming\WindowedBorderlessGaming.exe

created it like that, with part of the path (after the first space) moved to arguments:

That's weird, the program is passing a shorthpath to prevent this, but i guess in Win11 the task creator changes it back.
D:\Programs\Windowed Borderless Gaming\WindowedBorderlessGaming.exe
should have been changed to something like
D:\Programs\WINDOW~1\WINDOW~1.EXE

I guess your problem should be solved if you change the foldername to
D:\Programs\WindowedBorderlessGaming\WindowedBorderlessGaming.exe

without the space and then set it again to autorun

I'm running Win10, and I manually fixed the path (moved the part that got dragged into the arguments back to path), and it works even when the path has spaces
