Looking at your config it should work properly.
Can you try to instead of applying borderless mode re-adding the game, it could be that the style is diffrent if the game started in fullscreen the first time and you changed it to windowed as opposed when the game starts in windowed. If that's the case re-adding the game should fix it.
Tried many things - I feel like actually Dark Souls 3 is the problem.
Aaaaanyways, it does not seem to be made for Windowed in general: The FPS are getting pretty low from time to time - does not happen when playing on full screen.
The game itself seems du just be weird as hell.
Therefore I'm not trying to play Dark Souls 3 with the application anymore, but as soon as I continue my playthrough of Darksiders 2 I'll try to use it there.
It's just that I'm streaming from time to time and if tabbing out of games to do something on the off-screen takes so long it's just aweful.
As soon as I'll test it with that game (which seems to be proven to work) I'll tell here if it actually works, so it may not be my settings at all, but Dark Souls 3.
