Batman: Arkham City not going into Borderless

Hey, I've used this program on Arkham City many times but it doesn't seem to be working now? It says that the window has been added, but it remains in windowed mode.

Bump for an old issue I can't find a fix for. That being said, holy cow is it hard to look for stuff for the Arkham games. Want to find fixes for Arkham City? Here's stuff for Arkham Asylum, and Arkham Knight. Thanks Google.

The "Unreal engine" on which Arkham city runs constantly forces a window style by default, that's why allot of games that run on the " Unreal Engine" can not be forced into borderless mode, unless the game developers removed that check.
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about that from our side.
