ever see that one? it's kinda old.1956
it's basically about space spores that infect people, kill them and create exact copies only the copies are not the real people, they're spore people.
so it's just kind of a big growing list of companies that are not the companies they are pretending to be...
For comparison R* censored the older GTA trilogy when they re released it and theyve removed the older versions. I dont think R* would want to waste time going through older versions of their games when they can just lazily re release it just for a quick buck.
The Transgender NPCs do not appear here anymore. They're supposed to spawn here at night
This is the legacy version. They do appear. So R* did not censor the older release.
If this picture is a bit blurry its because of my graphical settings. ill do a clearer one in a bit
I am pretty sure they've changed this in the enhanced version. This screenshot is from the legacy release. This is inside lester's house, i had to go in using a trainer command. otherwise i would have to play the story again to access his house. And i have no interest and time playing the story mode again in the enhanced version.
Script hook V doesnt work with the enhanced version yet, so its not possible to enter Lester's house to view the censored changed other than using a trainer or being accessible through a mission.
Shame there is no proper resource for censored games still, like a wiki with detailed information with versions changes and proof, the most extensive there was on PSNProfiles before they killed that thread for being problematic or whatever, theres many games that don't get enough attention to be widely known about when they get censored like GTA.
here's a better shot.
But its fandom though. So take it with a grain of salt? idk
If you ask me i find this censorship by R* nonsense. GTA is a game designed to make fun of western society. Why cant the LGBT be made fun of as a joke? when they were before in GTA IV? While Blacks, Whites, and Mexicans, and the US government is being made fun of evver since then? Doesnt make any sense at all whats so ever. and there is no political radicalization behind GTA's art direction....
And for "harmful" stereotypes. Who cares? Its a M rated game. I should not be lectured playing an Adult rated title. Clearly this is false advertising, by SILENTLY removing elements that was advertised without being transparent and being openly/hones about it. Small or not, I believe censorship is just wrong and it should not be ignored.
Signs of the times we live in suppose.
Try to describe what you know about it and maybe i (or anyone else) could find it. in recent years more people have become aware of one with a similar premise (aliens pretending to be humans; also partially the inspiration for duke nukem games) called "they live" by john carpenter. is more recent, relative to body snatchers. is very good.
funny thing, i recently saw a photo of people protesting against tesla with cosplay of the "they live" aliens but with the hair of trump and other as musk. which is a bit ironic, considering the people that have been pretending and doing money laundering have been not only a lot of democrats, but every group connected to globalist and totalitarian ideologies.
theres an old phrase, motto, something, that says that "to find who actually rules, you have to find who you cannot make fun of", or something close to that.
"lgbt" isnt people, is an ideology which has become extremely attached to big pharma, and globalism; it isnt and has never been actually about helping or protecting the group of people it claims to want to help: is about using them as political cannon fodder, to push new authoritarian anti-human bs.
is was also, and has never been about political correctness: that bs is just a shield to distract from the actual purpose: making people more vulnerable and easier to manipulate and control; also, many people behind the same bs are also into eugenics and related "depopulation" bs.

many modern audiences just won't have the attention span for it and it's goofy in places where it was probably really frightening in it's time. it's not that hard to find and it's worth a watch if you are interested in classic science fiction (which you should be because there's something intangible to be learned from the originals).
I might also recommend Alphaville (French new wave cinema) although it's not really related, and the original Suspiria which is still a work of genius really.
I've seen a ton of movies probably mostly only film students have seen, I had a buddy who was an indie film maker. His dad was a tobacco baron who died young and left him a fortune so we watched all the classics and worked our way through every Absinthe on earth.
on that note I can absolutely recommend a good absinthe also.
Invasion was a great movie(with the reboot/remake in the 70s being solid as well). I also recommend the original The Thing ,Day The Earth Stood Still and They Came from Outer Space.
