VC2X launcher - info

I have been working on a launcher for Vietcong 2 (VC2X) that fixes compatibility problems with "Windows 64bits operating systems"
Fixed:
- objects that fall under the map when interacting with them
- problems with chat
- stuttering when playing
- lag reduction
- the game does not start
- some problems with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11
- etc

So far the game works perfectly, I will continue working and testing to improve the experience of the players.

* VC2X launcher - requirements:
- Windows 64bits operating systems
- Vietcong 2 default installation ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Vietcong2 )

*VC2X launcher testters:
- Goodman = Windows 8.1/10/11
- Hades/Allstar|[FM] = Windows 10/11
- Severino = Windows 11
- Eller = Windows 11
