1)As of right now there is discussion on the drug trade system on the forums, feel free to contribute your thoughts and ideas.
2)This is a hardcore RP server :)
3) Yes, there are admins and testers
4) You can register on forums but the ucp is locked for now until further notice
5) Not sure about mods, you'll have to ask on forums.

We will have to wait until the 1.0 version of GTA:MP is released. Right now only Closed Beta testers can play. But I guess there could be some forum roleplay going on, on the meanwhile.
