Gun Types and Attachments

How many tyoes of types of weapons are there? Will there be LMG's, SMG's, other pistol types, sniper rifles, assault rifles ect. I also wanted to ask, how will attachments work?

Yeah, they did go full on to try to make the Prologue fit into as many places and objectives as possible. I did like the mall part ;)
