So as most of you know this group is about dead. Since it is I had other ideas to start it back up again. The USS Nathan James clan is a clan that started in Unturned, but that doesnt mean that we always have to play Unturned. Because of this, I was thinking that we could start it again in both Unturned, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and maybe even Call Of Duty.


How I am thinking of doing this is creating a roster and ask players in this group or that play one of these games to try out. I think this could revive the group and make it as fun as it was before!

Hello again! I hope everyone is excited for the new server. We will begin hosting procedures on Friday night, 10:00 EST and continue hosting until further notice. We are very, very happy that we have been able to host this server for the Militia and for the community as a whole. I have not talked with WholesalePhat on any issues regarding the server, but I would like to publish my ideas for the server. I will be also discussing the new recuitment procedures and the requirements to stay in the group. Finally, I will conclude by clarifying some information brought up by Loaf/Kurama.

SERVER IDEAS (Unofficial)
I have thought about some of the things for the server. It is best that you all know what we're thinking about before we do them so we can get your input on the ideas brought forth. If you have any input, please message my steam account directly, or leave a comment on this announcement.

Server Map: Washington
This is the map you are all familiar with. What you need to know is that the Militia headquarters will be an Aircraft Carrier off of Clearwater and Camano. The FOB will be on the island between the two camps.

Player#: 24
We should have enough room for everyone. Wholesale will be upgrading his cpu soon, so he might be able to do 32. 24 Is the optimal number of people for the size of the groups on the server.

Time Frame: 24/7
I know. It's gonna be LIT.

Main Faction(s): Militia, Republic
I have been in contact with Prince. He runs, as most of you know, the Republic. His team wants to set up shop on the server. He(Prince)will probably get admin rights for his team. They will build their base wherever they want. As it relates to their hostility, the Militia does not want a conflict with his group for as long of a time as possible. They claim to be strong, but we're larger and more experienced with large-scale group takedowns. We are currently allied with the Republic. As a side note for any of you who remember, the Republic did not originally want an alliance. They wanted a truce because they were scared of our wrath.

Subsidiary Groups: Police, Charity
I have thought about this EXTENSIVELY. The Militia is too big to exist as a singular group on a server which will be roleplay. I have decided to create Subisdiary Groups. The Police and the Charity groups are both under the Militia, but both are in charge of public relations on the server. The Police are in charge of prisoner programs (jail), special escort, and special protection programs which I will detail later. Charity will be a group dedicated to helping out new people. Giving items, cars, and helping with bases will be their main jobs. If you're interested in joining one of these subsidiary groups, please steam message me or comment down below.

NEW RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES
The Militia is pretty famous in the community after I posted admin abuse videos from Shadow's server. Since then, I have been dealing with a large influx of new people to the group. Here are the new procedures:

New Recuits
1) Friend me on steam
2) Join the server
3) Enter 4-person arena
There will be 4 recuits in an arena with only a Colt and a few mags. The person with the most kills and the last survivor will become a new Militia member.
4) Accept group request
5) Set name to [Militia] (Name)
6) Set USS Nathan James as in-game group

Current Members (Discretionary)
1) Friend me on steam
2) Name is [Militia]
3) De-set USS Nathan James as Unturned group. Don't leave the steam group, just set it to another group in-game
3) Enter The Trials
You must go one full Unturned day without dying. You must bring back a Military weapon, Gear, and a vehicle. If you fail, you will be put in the 4-person arena.
4) If alive, reset group in Unturned
5) Re-join

The Current Members one is subjectively based on what you have contributed to the group and my gauge of your loyalty.

LOAFOFTOAST ANNOUNCEMENT: MY OPINION
To start, I have no clue what anyone is talking about. I have no clue what's going on with the group and the context behind the issue. From
what I can gather, there is some sort of Militian in-fighting going on.

My opinion:
The Militia does not allow in-fighting. I'm not going to start a civil war on the eve of the Militia's server. I've only kicked and killed people who are admin ♥♥♥♥♥♥. People who were on the Militia solely because I was an admin and becuase I spawned in gear for people. If you're one of those people and you don't contribute to the group, then I will kick you. No questions asked. If you are a "Militia" soldier but you're killing Militia people, then you are a fake and you will be kicked. No questions asked. We will be assessing our new members and assessing a future recruits. We aren't starting a civil war.

I feel like I'm repeating myself. It's pretty obvious, people.

Anyway, we will have more server announcements posted in the next 24 hours or so. Most of it will be about the new server, so make sure you're staying up-to-date about what we have coming. Thanks for your continued allegiance.

The militia isn't at war with itself. Me and Tom and the other highranks want it to stop. No one is ment to be hated on, or made fun of due to failure or a mistake. We've all made mistakes including me and Tom. Come on and laugh at us try it. We are no different then any other member of the militia. We work as a team and we act as a team we do not push others away.

If this happens again, ingame when me and Tom are there you will be punished it's just stupid to fight against your brothers. So I warn you once, we have zero tolerance for this don't fight with yourself, all it does is destroy the militia.

Hello again. It has been only 2 weeks since the previous post about PhantomGaming RP. During our stay on the server, we re-branded into an elite group called the Militia.

UPDATE ON PHANTOMGAMING:

We had a good run on that server for nearly a month. Unfortunately, after taking down the police force run by a homophobic, admin-abusing 12 year old, we incurred the wipe of the server followed by the enactment of a Military group run by another ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (the Owner). This Military group ran in the same fashion as did the Police, with random searches and jailtime for "illegal weapons" (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) and "driving ettiquite" (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ excuse for car shases).

On one of our patrols to Summerside (controlled by the Military), we ran into the police stationed right outside in Seattle. We got into a uneccessary car chase with the Owner and his spoiled police officers.

We got into a Mexican standoff with the Police. I apparently taunted the police to fire rockets at our base. During the initial exchange, the Militia won. We took no casualties and the Police SHOULD HAVE RETREATED. Unfortunately for us, the Owner was in god mode and teleported his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ army back to the raid.

We were taken into handcuffs or shot as the owner tried to act cool and powerful by needlessly wiping our new base from the map. At first, we were compliant with the officers, but after running towards the base of the Republic in an escape attempt, I was shot dead. I teleported back to the owner, still blowing our base up with spawned-in rockets, and took back my stuff in God mode. What was left of the Militia were in cop cars. Those who survived were warning the Police about what they just did. Out of rage of seeing my comrades dead or captured, I spawned in C4 and blew up all remaining cop cars and Militia vehicles.

For that, I was banned.

WHAT WE LEARNED:

The leaders and whoever was still loyal met on another server to discuss the fate of the now-homeless group. One of the proposals was to create our own dedicated server to the Militia. We figured that our group was too big and too powerful to exist as a seconday group that was enemies with any owner's group. The risk of another PhantomGaming situation was too great and the work I put into making these kinds of server experiences a reality is too large to legitimize another type of situation.

We tried to host our own server via Kurama (LoafOFtoast), but his game nearly crashed. Kurama and I do not have the technological capabilities to run a server for this many people and then some. Currently, we exist as a secondary group on two other servers, one of which I am admin on. However, the server I am admin on has a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ high ping for US players.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE:

I recently asked my long-time aquaintance WholesalePhat about hosting a server. We have talked about the idea of playing Unturned together for a long time, so I thought that him hosting a server would be a legitimate question for him. He happily obliged to make the server which will be up on Friday night at 10:00 PM EST.

NEW SERVER RANKS AND RIGHTS:

I have been thinking about the new server and the Militia ranks for it. As a general disclaimer to avoid any negative feedback, I am solely going off of what you individually have contributed to the team, your skill, and your loyalty. Here are the notable ranks for the new server:

These ranks are important. For mission objectives, you will report to me and WholesalePhat. We will assign tasks and goals. In those objectives, you will serve under one of the five listed above. I will assign a leader to a job and 3 of you will self-assign to that leader and objective.

For instance, I will say that WE NEED TO BUILD A WALL. I will assign, let's say, Swiggles to the job, or whoever is online. Anyone else online can self-assign to the job, but you will take your orders from me.

In raids, I will be in a steam call with these 4. We will directly coordinate our attacks and movements. From the steam call, we will area-chat our own fire teams in conjunction with the team. This is so much more effiicient when it's done right than me yelling in area chat at people to do what I say.

Thanks for your continued allegiance to the cause. We have already taken down 3 groups and allied with the Republic. Let's hopefully continue our legacy as the new elite group on Unturned.

Since joining with PhantomGaming's RP server, we have recruited the most amount of people to the Nathan James in a long time. We are quite popular amongst the community and we are flooded with recruitment applications.

I am an admin. I have not been banned for spawning anything in, so I'm pretty sure I can continue supporting the team on-server.

We have been the victims of large-scale admin raids. 3 in the past 12 hours. The war is relentless. Even worse, its against the so-called "police". Its essentially turned into a non-stop blood fest. We have been amushed and killed and banned, and with all that going on, we still have people asking to join.

We need full support on the server tonight. I'm tired of the shenanigans the police are getting into. We are going to perform a full server-wide incineration campaign against the Police, KOSers, and enemies of the Militia.
