Valve sent out a notice about this to all community server operators.

a player has reported the server to valve because we got !ws and !knife on the server so the "Servers blacklisted one week for inventory violations" It appears valve is blocking community servers that has knife plugins, weapon skins, Trade Servers, Idle Servers. so Unfortunately, the only option here seems to be issuing the server a new IP
