TrackIR 5 software crash
After latest Game List Update TrackIR 5 software crash when I start the game (IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad and War Thunder). Also it crash if I try open "Titles" bookmark. I try reinstall software and it work normaly, but only with War Thunder, 'cause Game List haven't IL-2 BoS. After manualy Game List Update, software crashes again. Someone knows how can solve that problem?

I will be speaking with my devs to get this resolved today. The work around has been verified over the weekend. I will post here when I have a permanent solution.

OK. Thanks. If that can help you, I think my problem begin after great update for Windows 8.1 in July, 15.

Linked to the forum here are the latest two files confirmed work V344 and V346 which should have most of the games we need for support.

i suggest you download both lots and try the v344 and then if that works test v346 if that doest work then you can roll back to the v344 which should get you going.

to install these files download the files

go to (Default install path) (*if you changed this go to your installation folder)

C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5

and rename the sgl.dat and sgl.sig files sgl.dat.old and sgl.sig.old and then put the sgal files from the zips you downloaded into the directory above you may need UAC off or choose admin permissions to do so.

and now your list and games should be working.

I tested version 344 and 346. In both cases software still crashes within IL-2 BoS. Later I will tested within War Thunder.

Colonel Belyakov, I think the crashing is a different issue. It just happens to be side by side with this game list problem. I believe you've already emailed me so I will work with you through there to resolve the issue.

Yes, of course. Right now problem haven't solution (I told only myself!), but I constantly to deal with Natural Point's Developer, who try to fix that problem.

Ok. Natural Point's support solved that problem. AMD Raptr[raptr.com] crashes TrackIR software. Remove Raptr from Windows autorun, reload system and TrackIR will work without crashing software.

I send bug report to AMD Raptr support august 2015. And haven't answer yet. What wonderful care about users! :steamhappy:
