Help, I'm missing a driver

So I've followed some of the various guides on the naturalpoint forum , but the Sub folder doesn't appear, and I'd like the TrackIR to work.
I need the driver for the TrackIR Device... btw

Which drivers are you missing? I presume its the folder:

Local Disc (C:) > Programfiles(x86) > NaturalPoint > USB Drivers x64 > npusbio_x64

Files in this folder are as follows
npusbio_x64 Type: Security Catalog Size 10KB
npusbio_x64 Type: Setup Information Size 12KB
npusbio_x64.sys Type: System file Size 38KB

So is this the Sub folder you're missing?
Windows start menu and write Show hidden files and folders, when in File Explorer Options you have "View" Tab and it includes the following: Hidden files and folders (default is) Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives, if you apply "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" now you should be able to see the files if you have them installed in the system.

You should be able to ask them as a manual download from [e-mail]

Thank you for the answer, Its not a hidden file, so I'll send them a mail.
Plus when I reinstall I don't get the driver
