NRG are one of those teams I really love to hate. Some games they can look quite good and other games quite poor. I feel like these two will go one of two ways. Either a total blowout for SK, or they will be really close. Unfortunately for NRG, they often make mistakes which loses them games and I can imagine them doing the same tonight. The maps are Mirage and Cache which is funny because SK have been a little shaky on Mirage and they have barely played Cache. Looking at the odds, there is no value at all really on SK. NRG at over 3 odds on some sportsbooks represents good value for me, and as always with a BO1 at these sort of odds, all you can really do is go REALLY LOW on the underdog or SKIP.

Call me crazy but I actually think there is some value on IMT here tonight. I don’t think their roster is a bad roster at all right now and if their 4 main players can perform then misfits will find this game hard. The maps tonight are Train and Cache. Train is a map that misfits have really struggled on lately, with 4 losses in a row, but it is a map I know they do like. The second map will be cache, which they were totally stomped on by RNG, before having an amazing come back. Misfits do have a strong roster but they are all inconsistent and that is their main issue. Looking at the odds, there might be some value on them for map 1 and then I will see for map 2. LOW on IMT for me for train.

Find my self being really confused with this game. Why are Liquid such heavy underdogs? It makes no sense to me. If anything, Liquid are the better team right now, and although I would still argue the better players overall are on C9, the set up from Liquid is much stronger. They have structure, and a really good coach, and things are organised and settled. I think this will be a really close game that could really go either way. I do not see what C9 has done to warrant being at 1.7 and I have to take the value here regardless of what I think. The value is on Liquid and I will be taking it at just over 2 odds.

NiP have for the most part been avoiding inferno and it showed why with their performance on it against FaZe. They were completely battered. It is a map that mouz likes to play and has played a lot of recently. The second map is Nuke, which is a famed map for NiP, and a map that mouz has also played a lot of recently. I think going into this series, I would favour mouz on both maps, but both teams are unpredictable. NiP can win vs G2 and then lose both maps to LDLC. You just never know with them. I do think there is a little bit of value to be had on the second map for NiP and LOW on mouz for map 1, and LOW on NiP for map 2 would be okay.

G2 have not been looking too hot lately and you can tell they are trying to find something that works for them, with shox dropping the secondary AWP, and NBK picking it up. LDLC are a hard one to call. Some games they look decent and other ones they look really bad and lose against way worse teams. They can take down almost anyone when they are on point and that really makes them a nightmare to predict. They could get smashed or they could win both maps, it is that random. The maps are Inferno and cache, two good maps for both sides and I do think g2 should win both. Looking at the odds on the sportsbooks though, over 3 odds for a BO1 is nuts, and the only value here is on REALLY LOW bet on LDLC.
