9/5/2014: Hollow Shades Crashes

Ahoy hoy thar all,
I wanted to note that we are currently working to resolve issue(s) on our "Hollow Shades" server on No More Room In Hell which causes server crashes since the release of update 1.08. While we have made progress, the server is still nonetheless prone to the rare and occasional crash (we look for these in the server logs frequently). Granted the game is still in beta, so these issues may very well be to do with the game, however we are nontheless working on our side to iron out every kink we can to provide you all with a nice awesome stable server.

We thank you for your paitence and apologize for the inconvenience this presents in the meantime. We hope to have this fixified soon!

UPDATE: In hopes of not jinxing anything, the above seems to have been largely ironed out by the handy work of Blizzard Ticketry. In addition lag spikes have been eliminated during mass zambie spawns.
