TFD is a team based off of determination, Loyalty, and dedication. It is in memory of Mrs Micheal S Thorn. During her last 6 years, she went through a real-life hell as she was crippled on her left side, and had random seizures. Doctors, knowing the issue, would have a "Hard time" trying to find the right medication combination. The medication combinations did very odd, and cruel things to her. Making her seizures more often. However, she put up with it. It actually, near the end of her 6 years in the home before she passed away, she had become mentally unstable by some of the chemicals in the medication. Her determination to make it through all of this is admirable.
If our highlander team had the dedication and determination that she had, we would make it to Florida in championships with few problems. We try to live up to that determination.


So, in paraphrase: In memory of someone with determination, we dont give up without a fight. We fight to our last breath.
