[Solved] How i can stop Windows updates? They are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.
I have Windows 10, it sucks. I need some help with it...
Every day there is an update and the system will stop all and restart the computer without permission or, the computer will crash to do updates. It sucks.
Someone knows how to stop this ♥♥♥♥? Message down here.

Thanks,
- Pitch

Hi Cyka pitch, thanks for posting in our forums.

Windows 10 needs to automatically install updates in order to maintain stability and security. It should only install important updates (such as security updates) while the user is using the system, while Optional and Recommended updates (such as Driver Updates) should only be installed automatically while the user is not using the system.

If you find Windows rebooting without permission while you're using your system, you could try the following:
  • Manually check for updates everytime you start your computer, so it won't eventually find any updates while you're using your system.
    or:
  • Change Active Hours in Windows Update: step into Windows Update and click "Change Active Hours".

If you have Windows 10 Pro (works in Pro version only) you can edit all hidden Windows Update settings by doing the following:
  • Press the Windows Key + R Key together
  • Type in "gpedit.msc" in the box and hit Enter
  • Expand Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Update
  • You can find useful criterias on the right column, all regarding Windows Update
  • Enable/Disable anything as you like, then reboot your system

If, for some reason, you need to permanently disable Windows Update (NOT recommended), proceed doing the following:
  • Press the Windows Key + R Key together
  • Type in "services.msc" in the box and hit Enter
  • Right click the "Windows Update" service and click Properties
  • Set launch type to "Disabled" and click OK
  • Reboot

Hope this was helpful,
Melody.

Melody, let's add i noticed in my windows 10 pro (Creator Update) in advanced settings you can suspend at all the updates for max 35 days, idk when this thing was added and there are even other delay option for both security updates and the rest

You're right, but I prefer posting solutions instead of workarounds. The problem would eventually start to happen again after 35 days in that case.
Actually, Windows 10 can defer feature improvements for 1 year + 35 days for the pause function and security updates can be deferred for 30 days + 35 days for pause function. You can disable updates like Melody, but not recommended.

That's a workaround, not a solution. I actually gave 3 permanent solutions, the last one is disabling updates, with a "(not recommended)" next to it.
