i dont know how many ppl did cohh make into playing wasteland 2, but if you (or them) enjoy that, there is big chance you would love other cRPG as well, be it this week release enhanced edition of Divinity: Original Sin ( imo another level of awesomeness compare to WL2) or obsidian's Pillars of Eternity ( not THAT good imo, but didnt play more than 3/4 days)
classics Baldur's Gate got enhanced editions too, so maybe its good idea to start where many of us start as well (BG2 is pinnacle of cRPG imo)
if you enjoyed fallout New Vegas, there is big chance you would enjoy rest of obsidian work as well... be it pillars, Planescape Torment ( gotta juggle with that a little to get widescreen and some fixes, but this game!) KotOR 2 sith lords ( with restoration mod) and even Alpha Protocol ( dif to say here, love that game here, but i can see why would pp throw it away after 20 min and never look back :)
A little newer: Dragon Age series, also great games.
If you gonna play Witcher I recommend playing 1 and 2 first. Haven't played 3 yet, but the others are really good and it makes you look forward to 3 :p
