the server you are trying to connect to is running on an older version of the game

now, during the week it can be hard to fill the server, and bots dont help because they dont show up on the lobby player count. what you gotta do is get a few guys to play around on the server for a good 30min-1hr. a good number to have is 6 players, then folks in the lobby system will start trickling in. remember to invite them to the group as well.

well for starters, you guys need to invite more people. Instead of waiting players to ask to join the group, you should invite them after they've played on the server for a few minutes. I did this by hand and got 200 users before we got our server invite plugin (it sends players an invite upon typing !join in chat, pretty nifty). then once you got players, like I told kris, a weekely hat raffle brings in the players. Players who are in the lobby system will see an almost filled server and join. invite the new players

We should get more people on the TF2 Server, I play it often, and rarely anyone's on :/ .

Maybe a Weekly TF2 tournament vein?
