Special reporter Sam Tunabout is deep in the snows of Sobaras

There has been a major battle in the Kazon Territories. The valley behind me is littered with craters as the TEA faction was battling for control with the SPW. SPW and TEA had both claimed the Kazon Territory and SPW today made it clear they intended to win. It is unsure at this time how many ships and ammunition was spent in the bombardment but the area is noticeably deeper.

Teas bunker withstood the bombardment for hours and they kept declaing victory and calling for SPWs surrender. But with no quarter asked or given SPW breached the base and destroyed the last of TEA's infrastructure. Now system refuges TEA is adrift with flash clones and the clothes on their backs.

A charity relief effort was set up for them but no one attended. In a final communication TEA surrendered the system to SPW. Right now I am attempting to get interviews with the members of TEA and SPW to get their perspectives.

Now to (sigh) Stacy Starburst and the VAC report

Stacy: Hellllooooooo Terracon. So like SHO changed their name to VAC I suspect because its easier to spell, but they declared war on KOL and attacked them yesterday. So Captain why the attack?

Captain: Well there was an incident a couple of days ago where we were scouting and we got attacked and rightfully so. A specific member of KOL became very hostile and was speaking very rudely about VAC's honor. So we declared war and decided to start our assault.

Stacy: So you attacked them today?

Captain: Well more specifically we attack the individual and sunk their ship leaving nothing but a hull in space. We usually practice restrained warfare but not this time.

Stacy: Restrained Warfare?

Captain: Yes see its like farming if you destroy everything leaving nothing well those people never come back and you have no one to fight. VAC typically avoids shooting CVs and Bases unless they enter combat with us then we try and disable or destroy guns. Sometimes there are critical hits that destroy cargo or mats but in general we don't. While we want that aggressive playtime we don't want to push people away.

Stacy: So why not this time. Our reports say you completely destroyed one ship while not attacking the other at all.

Captain: More than one faction had reported being angry with this individual and they were going to attack the KOL faction. We at VAC are always conducting patrols and recon of our neighbors. We knew his ship and the owners of the others so we took it on ourselves to attack while at war and use unrestrained warfare. Our hope was with a more surgical strike we could remove the person and not have the entire faction punished.

Stacy: Was it a clean fight?

Captain: Well we were at war we did declare it and also we waited until there were 3 in their faction and then we only attacked with 2 people. When we got close the person decided to leave and the ships were undefended. Loopys ship did respond and fired on us the other did not.

Stacy: That seems kinda crappy shooting at an unmanned CV.

Captain: Well it is actually but when I got within 3km he left and abandoned them. This was a tactic he used before and well we lost all respect for him. we fight like our enemies if they use underhanded tactics so will we. Given the insults we were never going to do anything but complete destruction but we had hoped that he would provide more sport in it.

Stacy: Could you not use your captainy powers to just make him go away?

Captain: Well yea but that's no fun. Besides in the PVP zone we can use a "social" justice. That's what the convention is for to allow for the group to deal with disruptive elements in a more natural way.

Stacy: So he can come back?

Captain: Sure nothing is preventing that.

Stacy: What about your war with KOL?

Captain: Its over. We did what we came to do.

Stacy: Well that's right out of the captains mouth. VAC declares peace with KOL and life goes on. Now to the Wibbildy Blobbity one for the space time continuum report.

Patrick, Patrick I have the live feed

Hello Terracon this is Patrick Allgrottenpotatos with a live report deep within the TSG territory. Just a few moments ago we heard alarms that a threat force had entered TSG airspace and was somewhere on the planet. Defense forces lead by 2EZ have launched and are looking for the intruder now.

Background: "This is 2EZ actual we are searching the western front."
Background: "Rlaw22 on your six."
Background: "Phiile standing by in the frigate for fire support. Anyone know who it is?"
Background: "Listening outpost reported Captain Durall."
Background: "What's he doing here?"
Background: "Recon or acting like a jackass"
Background: "Cut the chatter look in the fog I'm sure he hid there."

Patrick: "Right now we know that Captain Durall of the SHO has entered the planet for reasons unknown. It appears at the moment that he is acting alone. Its a well known fact that the SHO is a highly militarized organization. it would not be uncharacteristic for them to recon other nations or former battle sites. we are trying."

Background: "I got something to the south west. Looks to be the top of a CV."
Background: "Yea that's a CV alright. Comms give me system wide. SHO depart our system or you will be fired on."
Captain Durall: "Shoot me down and ill leave."
Background: "This is 2EZ actual all fighters weapons free."

Patrick: "Captain Durall is rising out of the fog. His ship is jet black and called the Apex. His engines flared and his attacking into the fighter cluster. Shots have been fired from all ships. The maneuvers are intense. Captain Durall is trying to gain altitude but Rlaw is pinning him down with laser fire.

The captain has struck R law there are some minor explosions but the ship is still in the air. Rlaw and 2EZ are working to corral him or move the captain or something."

Background: "CV be ready we are bringing him right over you."
Background: "I'm on station"
Background: "When he is 500 meters away join the......"
Background: "Command to Rlaw. 2EZ is down. the op is yours."

Patrick "Captain outmaneuvered 2EZ and struck him hard down the center of the ship. Everything exploded and the ship crashed to the ground.. The condition of the pilot is unknown. The CV is rising out of the fog. Its a monster brimming with. Oh my god. The Captain was inverted and fired at the CV the shot penetrated all the way though. She's listing hard and falling to the ground. no power or another signs of life can be seen."

Background: "Command to Rlaw can you give a condition on the CV?"
Background: "She's down hard. Took a direct hit to the CIC from a full plasma barrage."
Background: "What about the pilot?"
Background: "I'm kind of busy fighting this jerk right now. Sweet lock."

Patrick: "Rlaw just got a great position and fired hitting the captain's wing. We saw some damage but don't know the extent. The captain is turning into and charging. There is a shot and .... Huge explosion Rlaw22 is down his cockpit is for sure destroyed. The SV is crashing to the ground in flames. Captain Durall is turning and air traffic is switching to an outpost. He looks to be landing on a CV.

Background: "Incoming transmission."
Captain Durall: 'Well Fought TSG. Clear your airspace and I will depart peacefully."

Patrick: 2EZ has a new flash clone walking into the command center now.

2EZ: "Captain before I let you go I have to know. how did you kill that CV?"
Captain Durall: "Honestly I did not know it was a CV I thought it was one of your fighters. It came out of the fog and my reflexes took over. How bad was it."
2EZ: "She's down hard"
Captain Durall "Well I don't feel right counting that kill"
Phialie: "No you can it was a beautiful shot."
Captain Durall: "Thanks man. Am I clear?"
2EZ: "You are cleared for lift off."
Phialie: Muttering "not like we could stop you"

Patrick: "The SHO CV is lifting out of the fog. She's still lifting. Oh my she's huge its like a flying city. The insignia is clear along the side. USS Defiant. She's clearing the atmosphere and orbital tracking stations report that she is setting up for an exit jump. Confirmed the USS Defiant has left the Romulan Zone.

Fallout from the incident is unknown at this time. Moments ago Captain Durall sent photos of the damage R law did to his ship and also his kill record of 4 SVs and 1 CV painted on the side of his Apex. he also sent the following note.

"I Captain Durall entered Romulan territory and was asked to leave. I did not and was legally and rightfully fired on by the TSG. While I may have carried the day the valiant and worth warriors of the TSG were aggressive enough to drive me off. SHO has noticed the on going tensions in the Romulan Zone and will operate listening posts to ensure that we can monitor the conflict in the interest of our own national security. My mission was to install one of these posts.

Valiant Warriors of the TSG I salute your bravery and attempt however SHO will not allow such lawlessness to go unmonitored. Good job guys :) HAIL SHO."

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program.

This is Patrick Allgrottenpotatos here deep in the Romulan Zone. There has been a major battle and a siege on the TSG headquarters. Its hard to tell from this distance as the fires are still burning, but we know there are many flash clones on the field of battle along with more than a few SVs.

Wave after wave of SOS fighters attacked but they were unable to penetrate the defenses. While there were many explosions its impossible to tell how bad the actual damage is. I was also informed that a counter attack on the SOS base that prevented them from retreating and caused them to use flash clones on the field of battle.

SOS never requested a time to fall back and there was brutal fighting on the ground. TSG has called for a declaration of Outlaw on the SOS fleet but SOS has called the accusations baseless as they broke no convention laws. Captain Durall of the SHO has offered an amendment disallowing the uses of flash clones on the battlefield to reduce tensions in the area.

Only time will tell as tensions ebb and flow in the region. Now onto Stacy Starburst with an update on a SV Duel in the DMZ

Thank you Patrick Oh My God Space is sooooo big. I just saw Captain Durall of the SHO land on the deck of the Defiant and I'm going to get his side of the story. Captain Durall ewwwww what's all that red stuff?

Captain: Its blood I got shot

Stacy: Who Shot you?

Captain: Rlaw22. He was the other duelist and I must say a valiant combatant

Stacy: You forgot to dodge to something?

Captain: No he was trying to shot me he was a good clean shot

Stacy: did you shoot him?

Captain: yes I managed to shoot him out of the cockpit on a charge maneuver. He did well I just did a little better today.

Stacy: Wow that's really awesome are y'all like bff's now?

Captain: Hey Walking

Walking: Yea?

Captain: you think if I told her there was a spider in her helmet she would take it off?

Stacy: SPIDER!!!!

*Static*

OK and this is Trader Joe with the travel update we will get back to Stacy later. Right now I have some great updates from the astro navigation department. We have identified three more PVP jump points. Once we have stabilized the coordinates you will have them added to your map hud automatically. In addition we are tracking a comet that will be passing through the system for a short time. It will only be here for a while but we expect it to be very mineral and resource rich.

Over to Zardozglarb42 for the time space continuum update

Zardozglarb42 speaking to you from the great beyond puny humans.
Your Pre Alpha ban has stabilized your weakling matter based area to where you can support more o2 breathing prodigy. We predict that your population will grow.

However we see your "POIs" Still infect your time stream and for this we laugh. Your leaders have issued a contest with prizes. That might be your only salvation as it will fix your final problem with the pre alpha issues.
