To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, please respect the following rules.

Be friendly, respectful, and supportive of others.
Use English or French in the main clan chat to keep communication clear.

Play until the end – the game isn’t over until it’s over! Don’t give up.
A working microphone is required for in-game communication to ensure effective teamwork.
Avoid any toxic or aggressive behavior, and never intentionally harm teammates or lose games on purpose.

No racism, hate speech, or abusive behavior will be tolerated.
Offensive or inappropriate content in profiles, photos, bios, or chat is not allowed.

Smurfing, multi-accounting, account sharing, or lowering elo to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Impersonating players or staff will lead to a ban.
Recruiting members for external groups or clans is not allowed.

Violations will result in temporary or permanent bans based on the offense, with penalties doubling for repeat violations.
Penalty durations range from 1 day for minor offenses to permanent bans for severe infractions (e.g. smurfing), at the discretion of the moderators.

Moderators have the final say on all bans and decisions. Appeals can be submitted via Discord if necessary.
