HOW TO HOST A TFC SERVER AND MAKE IT ONLINE;

IS YES YOU CAN HOST YOUR OWN SERVER WITH OUT PAYING A RENTAL FEE:
i suggest setting up on a spare pc , once you have downloaded HLDS from STEAMCMD MAKE A COPY OF IT, so that way you will be able to undo any damages that may come in the future, or if you just want to start a fresh install you won't watch the first video again.

OPTION #1 HLDS "STANDALONE VERSION"

how to set up HLDS from STEAMCMD not steam platform this will allow you host a server without using a two accounts or hosing in on your own account it will be a STANDALONE version.

OPTION #2 using a steam account to host a HLDS
head on over to your STEAM LIBRARY
search for the drop down menu

( usually GAMES is checked off )
check mark TOOLS

once you have check marked tools you will now have a list of tools appear go down to "HALF-LIFE DEDICATED SERVER"

INSTAL - should take a few minutes to instal then off to next step.
